When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and can take up to 5 business days to process. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the refund and update your bank statement.

If your original form of payment was via cryptocurrency, you will be refunded in the USD currency equivalent. Please note the USD currency to Cryptocurrency conversion rate will be based on the time of refund and not the time of purchase.

Please note that refund processing time may take longer during promotion periods or holiday seasons.
