Earning Hypecoins
HBX Pro members can earn 1% of order value as Hypecoins for any online purchase at HBX which can be used as cash discount for future purchases. Gold and Platinum Members of HBX Pro are eligible to enjoy higher rates (SilverSilver: 1%, Gold: 1.25%, Platinum: 1.5%).
Members must register here and log in before placing orders on HBX so Hypecoins can be attributed to the account. Order value with the use of Hypecoin value will not earn any Hypecoins.
For each successful order transaction, Hypecoins will be credited to your HBX account 25 days after the date of your order being dispatched. Within this 25-day window, Hypecoins are considered pending.
Redeeming Hypecoins
Hypecoins can be redeemed on any online orders placed at HBX. To redeem your Hypecoins, you have to enter the desired amount at “USE HYPECOINS” on the Shopping Bag page.
1 Hypecoin equals 1 USD, currency exchange rates may impact the Hypecoin:USD conversion rate if you are paying in currencies other than USD.
Upon dispute, HBX reserves the right to make the final decision.
