Earning Hypecoins
Members can earn 1% of order value as Hypecoins for any online and offline purchase at HBX, which can be used as cash discount for future purchases. Gold or Platinum Members of HBX Pro are eligible to enjoy higher rates (Silver: 1%, Gold: 1.25%, Platinum: 1.5%).
Online Purchases: Users must register and log in before placing orders on HBX so Hypecoins can be attributed to their accounts.
Offline Purchases: Users must present the HBX Pro membership QR code to the retail staff during checkout to earn Hypecoins.
For each successful order transaction, Hypecoins will be credited to your HBX account 35 days after the date of your order being dispatched. Within this 35-day window, Hypecoins are considered pending.
Redeeming Hypecoins
Hypecoins can be redeemed on purchases made at HBX online and offline stores, the coins are applicable to product value, shipping fee and taxes and duties.
Online Purchases: Users have to enter the desired amount at “USE HYPECOINS” on the Shopping Bag page.
Offline Purchases: Users have to present the HBX Pro membership QR code to retail staff during checkout with the amount of coins that they wish to apply.
1 Hypecoin equals 1 USD, currency exchange rates may impact the Hypecoin:USD conversion rate if you are paying in currencies other than USD.
