The recipient did not receive my Gift Card after 24 hours. Why is that?
Here are the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- The email was blocked by spam filter or routed to a bulk/spam folder
- The email was blocked by recipient's firewall
- The recipient's email inbox is over size limit
- The email address is invalid
If a spam filter is blocking HBX.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails from HBX.com are not considered spam.
