In order to give our customers the best experience possible, HBX offers price protection upon request.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you purchased has gone on sale or its price has been reduced on HBX, we will refund the difference price under the following conditions:
- The item is still available for purchase on HBX in the same style, size, color, material and season.
- The lower price must not be a pricing or typographical error.
- Price adjustment can only be applied once per item.
- The request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Price Match Policy
If an item you purchased is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, HBX will match their price under the following conditions:
- The online retailer must be an authorized retailer of the item.
- The same style, size, color, material and season of the item must be available for purchase on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made.
- The price to be matched must be a full price instead of a sale/discounted price.
- The price is in the same currency as the price listed on HBX.
- The lower price must not be a pricing or typographical error.
- The lower price must not include any cash back, bonus or coupon.
- The lower price must not include offers that are not available to the general public, such as private sale or VIP offers.
- HBX Archives items are not eligible for price match.
- Price match can only be applied once per item.
- The request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If these conditions are met, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Once approved, you can choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or in the form of Hypecoins (1 Hypecoin = 1 USD). Failure to submit your request within 14 days from your purchase date will render your request.
This is offered on a case by case, discretionary basis. HBX holds sole right to make the final decision or withdraw this offering at any given time without notice.
