      Does HBX pay for return shipping costs?

      We do cover the return shipping costs for orders shipping to United States, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. After initiating a return via the Returns page, customers from the aforementioned countries/cities would receive a confirmation email with details of the free return service.

       
      Unfortunately, we currently don’t cover the return shipping costs of other countries/cities.
