Does HBX pay for return shipping costs?

We do cover the return shipping costs for orders shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. After initiating a return via the Returns page, customers from the aforementioned countries/cities would receive a confirmation email with details of the free return service.
