When will my membership be upgraded or downgraded?

All membership upgrades and downgrades will happen on the first date of the coming month. For example, A Silver member who reached an accumulated spending of 2,000 USD on 25 August, 2024 will be upgraded to Gold on 1 September, 2024. If this member does not make any purchase within the next 12 months, the membership will be downgraded to Silver on 1 September, 2025.

Silver membership has a lifetime validity period unless terminated pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
