Earn experience points (XP) with every purchase at HBX, a record of your purchase history and earned XPs & Hypecoins can be reviewed under the 'Account' or 'Order' sections of your profile. To ensure you acquire all eligible benefits, please take note of the following:
- Ensure you are a registered customer. New customers can register here.
- Ensure you are logged in when placing your order so XPs can be attributed to your account.
- If your order met the requirements for the program, but you did not acquire any XPs, please contact us (and quote your order number).
How it works:
- 1 USD = 1 XP for purchases on regular priced items.
- 1 USD = 0.5 XP for purchases on mark down priced items.
- Custom Duties & Tax are not counted towards your XP.
- Shipping Fees are not counted towards your XP.
- XPs and Hypecoins are non-transferable.
