How to cancel my order?

If you’re registered and checked out with credit card, the order can be cancelled from your account. Go to "Order Details" and click the "Cancel Order" button underneath the order information. The button will not be shown if your order has started being processed.

If you didn't register nor check out with credit card, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Archive and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
