My order is eligible for free shipping, but I'm still being charged for shipping. What should I do?
If your order amount qualifies for free shipping, please verify whether any items in your cart are from excluded brands or fall into the oversized or overweight category. These specific items are not eligible for free shipping and will not contribute to the minimum total required.
